Lasher,
there are one or two people who sometimes frequent SYM that may be able to help you... But the rest of us would be way out of our depths.

Also, as Juni said, you haven't provided too many details...

Regardless though, I think nearly any professional therapist will tell you that distance diagnosis is not just impossible..but dangerous.. You need to see somebody in person Lasher.

And if you aren't serious...
this isn't really a joking matter IMO..

EDIT,
disregard all but my last point. And to add, jokes about mental illness aren't terribly funny..

Who said that therapy was the only profession? I'm a mechanical engineer (but not licensed as a Professional Engineer, since ME's are too smart to need it); why couldn't I provide some mechaincal design as professional help?

Hmmm. A padded cell is more traditional but I like the fact it is portable Does the medication go in the slots?

The reason I offered this is because it's so multi-functional. You can store things in the slots if you turn it upside down, use it as a table, set it on your lap and eat off it, use it as a paper weight or if nothing else is working flail about you mightily with a hunk of Aluminum (Aluminium for you islanders).

Put one of your feet in a bucket of water while the other is on hot coals, and put your hands into a pile of dirt and breathe in and out.

The balance of elements should sort you right out.
