Who do you want to be America's president for 2008-2012? Which person do you think is qualified enough for our great country? I say we need Zakk Wylde in the oval office. We could be Black Label America, I could live with that. Or maybe Arnold Swarzanageranegeradg...The Govenator...for King.
Ps: this isnt a "Lets Bash Bush" board so just say who you want for president.
Pss: If you dont know who Zakk Wylde is I no longer love you.

Zakk Wylde was the guitarist who played for Ozzy since Randy Rhodes died and He made the band Black Label Society(hence Black Label America) and he is one of the best guitarists alive. He is fast.

Fast isn't best....And frankly, I'm not sure who's President matters so much as how the government is overall IMO. Better yet, educating the general public in how to use their brains as well.
My choice, I say lets just go straight to it and grab a clown for the circus. At least then we'd know ahead of time our president would be the laughing stock of the whole world before he's voted in. Maybe a monkey, then we'd only be fighting over food and women instead of everything else you know?

Hell yeah, a monkey president would be awesome. Then again, I am a moron.
And Zakk Wylde is more than fast, he is a genius with a blazingly distorted les paul or a simple acoustic.

Zakk Wylde is a great guitarist, but it's not just speed. My favorite stuff he did outside of Ozzy was with Pride & Joy. He showed he could play a wide range from metal, Southern rock stylings, and banjo filled country inspired kiss off music.
Rhodes was a god though
I vote Jesse Ventura for president

See I think there's a problem inherant in the system. So my choice for president won't matter. BUT, if Jessica Alba got voted into office, I'd watch every presidential announcement and pay attention more.

Noam Chomsky naturally. Perhaps he would take up the position under gun point, I dont know.
Or possibly Fable.

Or possibly Fable. | You know, I suspect Chomsky has much better things to do with his time, like influencing and corrupting young minds.... not unlike Fable actually
Seriously, Chomsky would be amazing, I've met him and seen him speak a couple of times, he is an incredible guy.

Also, hasnt he corrupted young minds for about 50-60 years now? Perhaps its time for a short break. Quote: |

| As the illiterate peasant I am I haw only seen a few bits of his movies and perhaps read an article or two, but that material left a very good impression on me.
And yes, I think the similarities with Fable is quite striking.

I wasn't gonna reply to this until I saw Chompsky's name somewhere. I think that could be -very- interesting... Yes, the more I consider it the better it sounds. However, I have no idea what kind of society that would lead to. He'd only have four years, and where to start? I would assume Noam would try to implement as many changes as possible, but is there a natural starting point?

I think you would need both a President and Congress of Chomskys. As for a starting point, I imagine he'd choose areas where he could make an irreversible impact, from the start, such as the immediate destruction of the US' nuclear arsenal, the shredding of literally millions of classified documents held for many years on private citizens, the scrapping of all Star Wars Defense System-related material, and the reallocation of massive amounts of funding into alternative energy sources research.
I appreciate the suggestion that I take the office, but if nominated I wouldn't run, and if elected, I would defect.
