Plane in Pennsylvania

Just a little info I heard on the plane that went down in Pennsylvania, evidently one of the passengers called his wife from the plane. He said that they were being hijacked and he and two other guys were going to try to take control back. His reasoning was they were all going to die anyway. It appears this may be the reason that the plane went down before reaching it's destination, wherever that may have been. Tragic, yet uplifting at the same time. If this report is true, these people had the courage to take action. true, it cost them their lives, but how many did it save in the end?

I think you are right on in your guess that some passengers tried to take the plane back. With all the cell phones and as far behind as this plane was from the others; word must've gotten to those passengers about what had happened to other flights earlier that morning.

heroes come from all walks of life. lets hope we all have the same kind of courage to face death with honor.

the strange part about that plane was the fact that the engine blew. this can't be caused from inside the plane.
perhaps the armed forces shot it? not to make it crash but to make it harder if not impossible to reach a populated area?? in hopes of the terrorists giving up and tryign to bring it down safely...

First thing that makes me confused when I read the news was this plane. It fall. And no one says nothing about it . The only info is that one or two fighters were flying to intercept it. There was nothing else in the news. For the silence of the autorities I think it was shoot down by that fighters. Make sense, they scout it at an area without many people in ground, and intercept it.
