321 is my best so far. It seems the trick is that you hit when the penguin it is low, but not too low. If you wack the penguin when it is still quite high, it goes sailing and plunges with it's beak into the snow. If you hit it too low, the thing goes skidding to a stop. You want enough force so that it flies smoothly in a straight line and then glides for a ways on the snow
