Its one of the custom plates for the Commonwealth of Kentucky....

I actually posted that because of the bumper sticker, not the plate, though I agree, the horse is really quite nicely done... and a bottle of Bourbon would be awesome. I really love fine Kentucky Bourbon...probably even better than I do Single Malt Scotch
