I think there have been threads like this before based on SOA, but more games have been introduced since then 
okay...there are some really humorously-named items out there if your mind is as degenerate as mine 
My personal favourites from NWN:
The "scented fetish" from the zoo quest (if you are not a druid or ranger)
"gloves of disipline".... why do I think of BS with this one?
and "gloves of the minstrel" which give bards a plus 3 to their "performance" 
any others?

| | | I dunno. The only item I ever got a pun from was a Diablo II unique item called "The Diggler" which is a Dirk (aka a dagger like knife). And in a movie a main character is called "Dirk the Diggler" or something. Im not sure where that name comes from to be honest, but I know it exists somewhere, somehow.
My mind is to bland to catch any other items to have jokes applied to them when I find them, unless someone tells me its a joke.

What I am trying to understand is this...in a multi-player game, DW "dropped" some items for me suggesting they might be useful "thieves tools" Innocently I picked them up, only to find this fetish amongst the booty. Now, not being used to playing a thief, I wondered whether she knew something of the class that I didn't, or whether she was trying to intimate something else. I replaced the fetish on the floor, advising this "friend" (who, incidentally blew up a trap that my thief was diligently disarming - killing her outright) that this particular thief does not do second hand fetishes
