"Mrs Buck Satan" is most likely an alter-ego by an exsiting member, and by looking at the IP-adress registred at posting it is likely also rather easy to track who it is. (moderators can see the IPs posting at their respective forums, and Buck can of course see all of them)
It is up to Buck to decide the consequences.

Edit: misread CMs post - I think. 
But generally speaking, there is no need in trying to point fingers at members, unless hard proof can be displayed, and in that case it should maybe be given to Buck instead of being posted as speculations on the forum.

However, I think/thought it is/was Dashgore, because he/she typs like him/her, copied a few of his/her own posts, literally, and IMO behaves like him/her. Annoying if you don't know someone's gender 
But like I said, I should not have pointed my finger at anyone. Truth be told though, Mrs Buck Satan annoys me a bit. He/She already managed to get 3 threads closed in the SoA forum and another one here.
