.. by the end of the year to indefinitely persue love, peace & Akvavit. Advice needed on how to survive:
- bear attacks
- wolf attacks
- hypothermia
- mosquitos
- Oslo during the 17th of May
As for dealing with wild animals, I am pretty capable with a spatula. Any other tips?

Loki[D.d.G]: I'm ready! I'm ready!
Fiberfar: Nothing new there. Getting pretty tired of all the sensasionalism in our little Dutch political system, not to mention that Wilders character. I know you have your crazies too though. At least your politicians seem a little more willing to listen the economics professors.

We're electing the new goverment today. Who knows, they might be better or worse. I believe they'll do about as well as the previous one, though.

Cool! You are welcome. Leave the wild animals to me, and keep the Akvavit. Never mind hypothermia, you won't get it. Oslo during the 17th of May is easy: Don't go there. I've stayed away from downtown on the 17th for the last 15 years, and I'm perfectly happy. I usually go fishing in the woods, that's national spirit enough for me. So you're gonna live in Oslo? File for bankrupcy now!

I'll live in Oslo, but I intend to do a lot of outdoorsy stuff too. My parents took me to Norway for many summer vacations during my childhood. I love the Norwegian nature. Quote:

Do you have one of those knitted pattern sweaters? | No, those sweaters are for tourists and politicians who wants to look "folksy." Speaking of which: Yesterday we managed to re-ellect the most incompetent government we've had since the 70s, so you might as well stay in Holland. Our taxes are gonna go through the roof, and we'll be forced to go to bed at 9pm in two years.

But seriously, this will be quite the trial for me. Different country, language, work, etc. My biological imperative to nest takes precedence though.

Tricky, the scenery in Norway is outstanding, really, really marvellous. However, so are living costs. And it's not exactly continental...so, good luck!

Anyway, the good news - your Conservative party is steadily gaining popularity. Way to go.
@Tricky
If you decide on a folksy sweater, you should also buy a shotgun. They kinda go hand in hand.
