There is an ad up here in the Great White North for one of the banks...
The basic idea is that all of the competitors have their "hands in your pockets," and the musical refrain bounces along as "Hands in my pockets, hands in my pockets..."

Now.. it is tax time in Canada.. and somebody with far too much time on their hands created this entertaining parody of the above ad.

It is well worth the download:

*snicker*

(the name of my file is "knee_in_package1.wmv, when you press the download button that is what will show up. Note, I'm paranoid about viruses and spyware, so I'm pretty sure it's clean )

ROFL!

So true. So very, very, scarily true. Great remake of the music too... Originally I thought this thread would involve woman exacting revenge on the perverts here, by, um... *points to title*.

Oh come now.... I'm far too gentle to be exacting such painful revenge

Seriously, I figured you'd apppreciate that. The fact that you've seen the ad makes it that much funnier, but you don't need to have even seen it to get a laugh

Gentle? I always viewed you as the one who would come in with the steel toe boot... with the optional steel point on the end.

It fits the sound exactly... the elevator was a nice touch.

lmao! MY SO just saw your post and said, "Yeah, well he's got you pegged."
And then my aunt in England called me perverted the other day while we were chatting on the phone... I just don't understand

lmao! I know! When I first heard it I figured it were the same people doing the music I then, of course, realised this couldn't be the case.

You husband continues to have my undying sympathies. A rope ladder too, if he wants it.

My mother can't call me perverted, she's worse than me.

You know, a combination of the two could involve something extremely strange... (hand on your package, hand on your package...)

*snort* He just commented that you don't know the half of it... and asked if that was the rope ladder or just the rope

I think my son will probably end up with that problem... He's only 11, but he's already dreading having to introduce his future girlfriends to me for fear of what I might say

ROFL!!! Funny... I thought of that too... I wonder how much the banks would be involved? Talk about keeping the family jewels in a safe deposit box!

That would be hand in your package.

Might help if someone tries to put their knee in it...

Is there a link to the original video?

lol!

I had it emailed to me as a video file. The only way I was able to share it here was to upload it onto the hosting site.
I'll take a look around Google and see if there is a link somewhere..

EDIT... doesn't appear there is a link. I found some interesting sites with some of the search criteria I plugged in though...

No, no, since I am still a little oblivious when it comes to the habits of DW, I probably don't know half the habits. Nor do I want to hear about them, most likely...

ROFL!

My mother used to put on her happy face until she got to know them, then my GF was delighted to learn she was not a pansy, but more of a tomboy... I actually am worried every time I go over to their house now with the fiance they will get to one of those experience conversations, which could always turn ugly...

I recommend "So this is what teens in heat looks like these days?"

I'm not sure having an old bald man running around with his hands on my package all that safe...

@ Rookierookie: That sounds painful.

Your fiance is extremely lucky... My mother-in-law is.... "special." This is the same woman who figured her son was moving all the way from London Ont, to the West Coast because he got along with "his room mate." (The SO and I met as room mates, but it was a long time before certain realities sunk in for the mother-in-law )

I suppose that would depend on what his intentions were....

Definitely a new take on "hand warmers"

This crossover talk reminds me of Butter's tapdance song from South Park. "I've Got Something in my Front Pocket for You".

BTW, did you get my PM DW?

ROFL

Yes thanks, I did. This morning I have been doing some sorting through my PMs, so that I can actually reply to some of those I'm owing. My PM box got maxed out again
