SFL means "Suffocating From Laughter." I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but if I start laughing too hard, I actually stop breathing. Usually, when I'm laughing this hard, it is hard for me to stop laughing. I've been known to laugh so long like this that my lips turn blue.
