Okay... this is definitely the week for bizarre news stories....
*The outlawing of death
*dogs getting sued
*gumball theft
Small wonder we've apparently never made actual contact with intelligent life elsewhere in the universe...one look at this place, and any intelligent alien would run screaming in the opposite direction

*gumball theft | I do believe that is considered quite normal if the rest of the town is like chu .
Nice article, I'll watch out for someone walking down the street carrying a gumball machine.
It reminds me of people who tried to steal ATMs (Automatic Teller Machines). There was the funniest article once, about two guys in a ute (pick up truck) who attached the atm machine to their towbar. They then floored it, eventually heard something snap, and drove home all the way... when they got there they realised the atm wasn't there, and the towbar was no where to be seen... and neither was the numberplate, which was sitting on the bar, next to the atm .

They came from roswell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | Our greatest flight achievement is quite sad actually. It's either the school kids who had won a competition and got to send spiders into space.
Or the guys who had to control the dish to accept transmissions from Apollo 11. They did however make a movie, so it wasn't that bad.
