Ok, I have been asked something that should be right up my allie..... and I cant remember the answer for the life of me.... I feel stupid about it to be honest lol. But anyways, Which U.S President proposed the Star Wars Missile Defense System? I want to say it was Ronald Reagan, but I cant remember... Thanks guys.

No common market until the 1980s. And I have never heard of cominform - so can't answer that.
