Damn, there went all of my theories out the window. 
Now that I've found out that Sleepy is not really Weasel, and Ysh is not really Ned...everything changes. That means Weasel really is Sleepy, and since Waverly is Weasel, that also means he is Sleepy. That still leaves one loose end...
Who is Ned?
P.S. I still think Beldin really is Tybaltus.
