No job
No school (I don't really have any interests)
No money (Not in debt which is good, but don't have any money at all which is bad)
No friends (1 friend doesn't count, and he only hangs out with his girlfriend now)
Crappy computer (compared to current standards)
Afflicted with IBS [Irritable Bowel Syndrome](Which is one reason it is hard to get a job)
Afflicted with SAD[Social Anxiety Disorder](Another reason why it is hard to get a job)
Good thing I don't take drugs or think I am a "goth" or I would have killed myself by now or overdosed on some stupid mix of random household cleaners, lol |

| | I am at work on a Saturday, which necessarily makes it not the best day in the world. However, at least there is some interesting news stuff going on, which makes it slightly better than previous Saturdays at work. Still, I would rather be at home with my lovely boyfy.

| | | Life for me is pretty good at the moment. I have my first marching band competition tonight. It is going to be fun, the band is going to get home around 1 am, which rocks. School sucks. It is boring. But overall, life isn't bad.
To all who said life sucks, I hope it gets better for you.

my job. correction, paper-round, is ok-ish.... at least i get money 
as for love..... well i live in hope.... plenty of fleeting get togethers, but nothing worth anything. (jeez! why am i complaining! )

| | | Hi Anna and thanks for asking. To me, life is great. I have lots of work as usual, I am just learning a new software to analyse images of the brain, and I am pretty excited about the new genetic data I received this week for one of my studies.
Next weekend I am going to Basel in Switzerland to present my research strategies, which is to combine neuroscience and genetics. I am a bit tired of travelling, I've been to many scientific conferences lately, but this is the last meeting this year I think.
To all of you who are in school and think it sucks: yes it does, it did for me as well, but as soon as you are finished with your education, life change a lot. School is boring because you are forced to do a lot of things you aren't really interested in, and you have to listen to a lot of crap. When you have choosen a higher education or a job in a field you are really interersted in, life will be so much more fun.
