Okay.. I know things like this have been done in the past... but I feel, with all the acrimony around here recently it might not be a bad thing to remind ourselves and one another why we all keep returning to SYM. That reason is all of us. 
So the idea is, how about each of us makes a list of *all* the regular posters here, stating the things we like or respect about them, what it is that makes us read their posts etc.
I plan to contribute myself sometime tonight, I am making dinner right now though, so it will have to wait a little while.
Hmmm... Never thought I'd ever see myself beginning a "touchy feely" thread

Aww gee....everyone knows how I feel about everyone here. A parrot provides no harm for anyone and always hopes to brighten the atmosphere for their company.
If you want me to compile a full list, I will tomorrow, but as of late I havent really been in any mood to post anything thats....*ahem* touchy feely*ahem* Point me in the direction of sports or new wave music, Im there...but this touchy feely thing? Wheres an auto race when you need one? Or maybe a fleeting shadow or dark place so I can continue in my pessimistic world?

I respect those here in SYM, but I can only sound somewhat harsh when I say this, but there are only a select few who I truly revel talking with. But then, I'm generally pessimistic, and and don't look at people in terms of like or dislike, rather respect and shun. I find it's better to respect, then to like, but those are my feelings.

Let me see....
Well, I like the lady that talks about the rabbits all the time because bunny-dogs are one of my favorite after-school snacks.
I always read Ms. Wench's posts because I am ascared of the electroshock thingies that suddenly appear when I don't.
I like to read Lady Minerva's posts because I am cuour... cure.... because I want to know how a goddess thinks.
I like Sleepy because we are reading about the Seven Dwarves in class and he is my favorite. I think his big ears are cute.
I never read anything Mr. Weasel writes because Mr. Grunty said that it will rot my brain and make me run screaming into the void. I do not know what a void is, but I think it has to do with Mr. Stalker's morals or his alcohol cuns... consub... with his drinking.

You know, after some reflection I have decided to turn this into a pub thread. And as a special tribute to Kayless, I'm going to call it the "Hippie Haven Hangout"
So let's get the drums out, light the patchoulie incense and... breathe deeply in order to fully appreciate the atmosphere so generously donated by IN and Beldin.
Oh, and we have beer, wine, and pretty much anything else as well

I read pleasently everyone's post, when I have the time..
All are interesting and funny
There are a few members whom I know better, so there (maybe I'll add later):
Chanak: I like his style. Definitely. And he doesn't fear to be in minority
Scayde: I like the way she perceives things. Very close to mine, often
Morlock: how many movies has he seen?
CE: I like the confrontation Still waiting for answer on another thread..
Worthy "opponent", too much concerned with "sources" and links, though
Dottie: he seems to live in a different world than mine, again, this is fertile ground for confrontation
Gruntboy: stay out of his way! I like his style, too
Fable: wisdom, knowledge, balance, sharp tongue... in a word, you can but HATE him!
InfiniteNature: despite "evidence", I agree with some of the things he posts, even if "wearing different clothes"
Waverly: scares me
Weasel: scares me

I'll get my list started as well
Ysh: Who is a deeply caring, sensitive and very balanced person, with a great sense of wit.
Than: Whose rare posts are thought provoking or humorous, and is a fun and wonderful person to hang out with.
Gwally: usually makes me laugh, even if I am having a crappy day.
Viv: whose kind generosity and sweet nature help to make SYM the great place it is.
Scayde: One of the warmest people I have ever met, with a sense of humour at least as warped as my own.
Chan: A courageous heart, a fine writer and profound strong will.
T'L: Another whip-weilding individual possessing wisdom, wit and great judgement in equal quantities.
C.E I always learn so much from her posts. I appreciate how those more scientific in nature are always written in such a way that even people not well-versed in the area can easily understand them.
Sleepy: A fount of corruption who almost makes me feel innocent. ( )
B.S: One of my favourite spamming partners who always takes things with the humour they are intended, and one of the most easy-going people on this board.
Fable: As with CE, I always learn something from his posts, and I am constantly amazed by the sheer breadth of his knowledge. More to come
