Hehe - my own prevention is just to not become sick. That solves most issues ..

You have a "super hero's" control over such things, do you?

Actually, I know what you mean.. I take quite a lot of stuff that tends to prevent colds and flus.

I'm just so tired of the hysteria over H1N1...

I'll be checking statistics come spring. 3-1 says that the regular flu will cause more harm than this "super flu". A good win for the media, lots of sensationalism, very little work. See flying saucer balloon story for more on that.

This flu is like a shark attack. It happens a couple of times, gets some media sensation, and suddenly there's an epidemic and no one wants to go in the water anymore.

Here's how you prevent it: Wash your hands thoroughly, especially before you eat or touch your face. The body is very powerful when it comes to fighting off illness, but if you wallow in filth then there's nothing your immune system can do.
