The doctor I saw during pregnancy had the last name of Shoichet. That means butcher.

BTW In India the destitute parts use the same water to wash, drink and take a dump in. Weird huh?
@Sleep, unfortunately that was pretty standard through most human history. Airborne diseases alone don't account for the deaths attributed to many terrible illnesses. Complete lack of basic sanitation is also involved.

My family once knew a Dr. Carver.  Personally I think the superbly named Ulysses S. Grant takes the cake for cool sounding names though.

Ohayo, Rabid Squirrel. In my 5th grade class, there were three Kyles. Kyle Edwards, Kyle Deckert, and Kyle Whitener. We called them Kylee, Kyled, and Kylew repsectively, though not necessarily respectfully. O=) |
