Good sites for info on COPD (no spam)

Hey all, since we have a good group of reasearchers around here I was wondering if you guys could point me to some good medical sites. I want to learn a little bit more about COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and was wondering what medical sites you would recommend.

I've been using Google to look it up but that doesn't always prioritize the best sites, so I'm just looking for some additional info.

I'm sure I can find some for you from my wife, who worked for roughly 20 years as an RN before taking her skills into informatics. I would help, except that all the sites I know relate only to allergic asthma which, strictly speaking, isn't a COPD.
