Now, I'm a teenage male. By definition, I am attracted to a great number of young ladies, hormones are a good part of this. But have you ever thought that, in your highschool say, there may be six or seven people you are stronly attraced to. I go a highschool with about 1400 people, so there are 700 young ladies.
So say 5 people out of 1000 of the opposite gender you will be attracted to. Now, half the global population is the opposite gender. Of 3 billion people, you will be attracted to a staggering amount of people, my math isn't that great, but I'm sure someone can put together a number. I'm not in the mood.
Just think about it. I have friends who say the right girl (or guy) doesn't exist for them, or no one they want ever wants them. Statistically speaking, someone will. Cheer up.

True, unless you live in Kansas and by some staggering coincidence, all those who would find you attractive happen to reside in China. The statistics would be true, but the location would be hell

Was it just the way people in the area were? I know moving from MD to kentucky, I had a hard time at first meeting anyone that I had that much in common with. Different ways of thinking I suppose

Different ways of thinking I suppose | Yes, Peoria was like that. It's a decently sized metropolis, but the big cultural mecca in the city was the highschool basketball team. To live there was not to live. It had all the prejudices and pettiness of smalltown America without any of the friendly neighborhoods and sense of tradition. Oh, I suppose I didn't meet everyone there  , but I saw enough of its people, including women my age, to wish myself away as soon as possible.
