I've been doing some scetches for a game that I've been thinking about making for 2 years now, and I found that I need somekind of flowchart editor..... so I started searching on google, but all I find are pay trials.... does anyone know of a freeware that is easy to use and can do like processes decisions and I/O and such stuff in a flowchart...... I could write one myself but why reinvent the weel when I don't have to (or atleast I hope I don't have to...)

My personal favorite at the moment (don't know if there is a free version like evaluation or something) is using Visio for documentations.
I belive it have flowchart illustrations also.

There might not be a free version however.

Some various trial and limited periode versions of programs:

Smart draw looks like a really nice tool.... however it's not freeware..... I'll have to check what the price for SmartDraw 5 (who needs the most up to date version anyways.....), the price should be reasonable as it's a couple of years old...... the trial is great though but it only lasts for 30 days....

If you switch to Linux (free) you could use Kivio from KDE or dia (both free).

I haven’t tried them but have heard they are good.

I am not Linux guru but you could pm me or post what distro you are using and what the problem is - I will be happy to help if I can.
