And is it so big wonder? Fable is GOD, afterall. Every god needs at least small band of followers, and it's obvious that Fable is right now forming such

No, no, no, only a god, a slumming one, in fact, from Babylon. This has been established in SYM years ago, so of course, it is fact.

But GOD? That's Buck. Who else beside Buck and Michael Jackson is fit to wear one glove?

Thumbs up

I can't wait for BS' new entry in his Tunneling where he accidentally ends up in fable's sanctum sanctorium.

I'm not sure about a preemptive stike. usually I just wait on the defensive while awaiting the occasion to launch an attack on my enemies flank. Although I'm pretty sure that doesn't make anyone feel better come to think of it.

@Mah...if that old thread wasn;t already dead and buried, the image you just game me would have killed it anyway

I think Tolden is "she". Not that the possibility of a wife's existence is completely ruled out...

You mean your real name is Marduk?

...He has fifty names many of which are those of other deities whose attributes he usurped. He was of proud form and piercing stare, born mature, powerful, and perfect and superior. He has four eyes, four ears, and emits fire from his mouth when he speaks. He is also gifted in magic.
He rides his storm-chariot driven by Slayer, Pitiless, Racer, and Flyer, poison-toothed, tireless steeds...

What, that obnoxious bruiser? Hah! I was a lot more laid back. Used to play cards with Shamash, Sin, and Shullat. Oh, the fun we used to have! And before you tell me cards weren't invented yet, we knew that. We just didn't bother with linear thinking.

We called them Cold, Hot, Cloudy, and Stinky, behind Marduk's back. Of course, he could see and hear us anyway, but since he hated laughter, he made believe he didn't, and we just chortled all the more.

Hm, if you were a goddess, I suppose you could be Lamashtu - "she who erases". You know, "post deleted, thread closed" angle. Are you sure you are not a goddess?

lol!
Careful... you'll give him a gender crisis...

In which case we could always start referring to Fable as:
"She who must be obeyed."

My guess, Fable's real name is Ínigo Montoya, and Tolden, you killed his father....prepare to die!

And no, it's not that picture. That's one of Xandax, attending the Danish branch of the J. Edgar Hoover Lookalike Contest.

I just checked. Nope, still a god. Of course, many Babylonian gods (of both sexes) paid little attention to fussy Jahweh-come-latelies and their narrow gender-based prejudices. Ishtar for example made quite an effective god of war, love, and childbirth. Nowadays some scholars claim she actually combined the role of two separate gods, but in reality she was just a very nice, athletic kid who wanted to help people do what they did best: killing and ****ing one another. I tried to make her understand the humanity had higher functions, but she laughed, and bet me I was wrong.

We still consider the matter unresolved.

Fable! Fable! Fable! Do you watch BSG? Are you excited about Friday? Do you wanna have a chimichanga party, drink rootbeer floats, and watch the season premiere? C'mon! Zomg, we'd have so much fun! Maybe after that we could go to a Monster Truck Rally or a nice Mushroom Hunt?

... this is serious groupie stuff!

Perhaps fable would start some cult with Tolden at the helm, somewhat like Weasel and the COMMies.

The Helm of Tolden: An artifact that grants the wearer the ability to appear as a newcomer at GameBanshee. Highly valued in some circles.

And what is BSG? Is that like MSG, but not?
