For example

1. Both could definitely use a patch
2. Neither are bug free, but its possible to avoid and elimate some with the help of others
3. Say the wrong thing to the right girl, and the romance is terminated.
4. Soloing through life is possible, but having friends around is safer and comes with wonderful interactions
5. Reputation changes, but alignments stay the same
6. No matter how you behave, the rest of humanity leans towards order and goodness
7. You'll discover Neebers and Noobers in both worlds
8. Cheating is easy, but ruins the fun
9. There are no saving throws against imprisonment
10. How happy life would be if we had the power to re-load!

If there’s one thing BG2 has taught me it’s this: ‘Nothing is more fearsome then a hamster and his berserker sidekick.’

Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
