| | Eurovision. How bad was your country? I think Eurovision is best enjoyed/endured with many friends playing drinking games.
But did you watch Eurovision? How cheesy and awful was your entry.
I'll start. The UK entry was rough as...and we had two rappers plucked from the depths of the east end of london to try and add some credibility to it all....they failed. Miserably. |

| | Well eventhough I'm a Dane, I actually didn't bother watch (I can't stand the eurovision) - I hated our song (and it is worse in danish), I hated last years song too
But on the bright side, now our national football (soccer) stadium now has a roof over it also, so that is one good thing
I watched some of the voting this year - but did so over BBC-Prime instead of danish television, and must say that the man commentating over BBC was one of the most sarcastic (bordering to rude) people I've heard on TV to such an arrangment (but that is still a lot better than the mindless dane who was commenting on danish TV |

| | I was here avoinding the TV last night. It's a lot more fun spamming than watching that stuff.
What's the point for the contest anyway?

| | Eurovision is wonderful. After everybody gets through (justifiably, IMO) trashing my country's record on the environoment, human rights, and just plain getting along with others in the sandbox, I can always point to Eurovision as a blight we haven't created. Small consolation, I know, but still, when you've got Dubbyah at the helm of government, you grab every point you can get.

| | Eurovision was mostly enjoyable. In Australia we got a "Eurovision Party" to go with the broadcast because we weren't taking part and they made a complete goose out of themselves. This was the only part that was not enjoyable. They should stick with the original broadcast. I thought the commentator was pretty cool.
