Right nwo with all this stress from life, I've fallen under a depressing state. Its all just too much for now. I was jus wondering if anyoen ahd gone through thsi and could tell me how they got through it.
Right now while definetly not considering suicide I just dont know what to do anymore. Its frustrating majorly and if anyoen could help id be especially grateful...

I'm not sure that I can help, but I'll give it a try. Last year, I was extremely depressed, to the point of being suicidal. The only thing that kept me from committing suicide was a fear of pain and low sense of self-worth(odd, ne?). When Random Shadow became my girlfriend, it pulled me out of my depression. However, I'm depressed again for several reasons, including Random Shadow. So, I can't really provide much help, but maybe someone can help both of us, ne?

I think every person gets depressed once in a while. When I'm down, I get through by trying to remember that one can't have happiness without the bad stuff. I don't think one can know what happiness is like without also knowing what it's like to feel blue. Also, I find talking to my friends to helpful. Cheers.

I'm sorry to hear you are depressed, Vinin.

Like Crassus, I certainly think everybody gets depressed sometimes. Sometimes the reasons are obvious and things can be done to improve the situation. Sometimes the reasons are not obvious at all, and then it's difficult to change the situation quickly. Depression is a natural human emotion, just like happiness or anger.

As a teenager, I was often depressed. Then I used to talk to my friends, and think a lot about what I could do to change the things that made me depressed. Now, everything can't be changed. So I also used to write, read books, paint to straight out my thoughts. And I also tried to do things I enjoyed, to get some positive input in my life.

I can't give any more specific advice without knowing more about what you feel is bad and stressful with your current situation, but my general advice is that you don't isolate yourself (many people does this when they are depressed) but instead talk to friends and family, and see to that you have positive input in your life. Allow yourself to do things you enjoy. And remember - even if we are stressed and have a lot of things we have to do, the body and the mind needs to rest. We become more efficient with proper rest, so don't push yourself too much.

Vinin though i dont know u that well i wish to help you. I have been through depression in my life w/ my mom being in the hospital so i konw how it feals to be depressed and i have helped a few of my friends deal w/ depression. (btw forgie my puncutation i hate periods hehe)Well honestly the best think you can do is talk to your good friends and dont be afraid to talk about your fealings. Sometimes people can help you understand whats wrong and how to deal with it. Often times the best thing you can do is tell someone how you are fealing about what is happening and listen truly listen. Most of the time when you talk about things with people you can relize that its not your fault or anyones fault but that its just something that happens in life. Dont always be afraid to let your fealings out. Cry if you need to but try your best not to be alone while your depressed. Being alone often times does lead to horrible things like self-caused pain and in extreme instances suicide. Everything is ok and just remember to talk about your fealings with people if you keep it inside you cant help but think about it all the time and it just hurts more and more.

Thx everybody. I've started talkign to some of my friends and letting out the feelings feels so good but because ppl ins chool are causing this too I just cant seem to get away until the weekedn which has finalyl arrived. Ive tried being with friends but as a 14-year old its hard getting around town.
Also, this is nto a one-time thing, this is my third in a monthe, lasting for a week or more. Its so frustrating when my mind cant come to grips with things or that words try to form but they cant because I cant let them out. My mind is seriously messed up and I dunno what to do.
Thx anyway for all the suggestions ppl. I truly appreciate it...
