| | | I think any of them are better than Dubya.
I don't keep up with the party primaries; I am a registered independent, so I don't get a vote in them anyway.
It seems that this has been a fairly bloodless primary season for the Democrats. Unlike past years, they've spent more time bashing the other guy (Dubya) than each other, so there's not the bad taste left after a fratricidal political bloodbath to spoil the public on whoever ends up with the 2004 nomination.
I believe that unless the economy turns around fairly soon and Dubya formulates a quick exit strategy from Iraq and Afghanistan, a Democrat is going to end up winning come November. I said at the beginning of this whole thing that the guy to follow Clinton would be a one-term President, and I think that may end up being the case.
Dubya was unlucky enough to catch the economic downturn after the Clinton administration, bouyed himself early with the events of September 11th, and then spoiled budget surplus after budget surplus on tax cuts for the rich and a war waged on false pretenses which will probably leave him unemployed next January.
Of course, Dubya could always start another war we don't need or want (North Korea) or "miraculously" find Osama bin Laden two weeks before election day to boost his popularity and get the second term is daddy didn't have.

| | Well, starting another war would keep him in office, as no elected President has ever been voted out during time of war...
Wait a minute, I forgot. Bush got his election off the back of a truck |

| | | Ok aside from the obvious bush hate mongering heh lets concentrate on the two Demo's. Kerry and Edwards.
No more talk about Bush or at least limit to "Im for Abb"
See previous comment.
Personally I like some things about both Canidates but what I lack in see'ng is thier position on well the war on terror. Sure the war in Iraq may or may not have been justifiably right but the war against terrorism is still alive and well I believe a real war that should be a concentration of our President elect. Niether canidates have been asked about it...

| | Hmmm. Well, Kerry has an actual military record, unlike George "I liked flying planes" Bush, and his anti-war stance could play well with all the people whose relatives are still getting killed out in Iraq in the non-war.
Then again, Edwards is prettier.

| | You mean not only is John Edwards a lawyer - but he also speaks with dead people?
No thats a powerhouse combination - he could sue dead car accident victims and use his channeling powers to have them testify on the witness stand...
Where do I send my campaign contribution??
