It's so much easier when you're not in "the program" . . . you don't have to make sure that your wife hasn't already spent your money on something like Longaberger baskets or Pampered Chef, nor do you have to explain why components and software appear (unannounced) in the mail.

What a neat solution...

As for the Diplomacy, there were only three of us out of seven that had ever played before at the start of this game. Now it's just us three left as major powers (apologies to CM, I know you're still with us in spirit and your one unit will conquer all one day, just like Tiax ) so I would suggest that you at least get the hang of the rules, as that was the major cause of problems early on. Depending on the number of people interested, it might be possible to run two separate games, one for people who are experienced at the game and have played before, and one for complete newbies () so that they aren't quickly out-maneuvred. Still all in my head so far, in a month or so things will start happening probably.
