I know what you mean about the connections, mine disconnects every ten minutes or so, and it only goes at 37 kbps.
If I posted some of the names I've called my computer out of sheer annoyance I'd be banned as fast as you can blink.

In my case it's not so much the connection in itself (it's a T1 for heavens sake ! ) but our IT-Department.....somehow I get the feeling that they got their degrees at the "University of Disneyland".....signed by "M. Mouse, Ph.D." ....
