I thought I would open a place where, for those who are interested, we could talk a bit about the Dark Flame story. Not so much about story ideas, since that could tend to ruin the spontanity of the dynamic, but for things like the direction the story is going in, general observations, loose ends people would like to see tied up, etc.
One of the things that strikes me is that there are many subplots we could pursue: the ruins and the Rai'ya storyline, the Shadow Master, the Nippy and Loner subplot, rescuing Anicka's men and the Abomination, and so on. Any thoughts on which of these we might want to explore?
Any general observations people would like to share?

Thantor:
Hmm...Maybe rescue Anicka's men to start? We could even tie it inot the shadow master story? We could have one of the Darkflames kidnapped by the Drow to speed things up?
On a lighter note, I've drawn a picture of Thantor to add. Just have to scan the darn thing...

"You people"?!
As in 'You beautiful people whom I worship from afar.'?
Or something far more devious?
We write stories, we chat and we spam. All noble followings. | | |

Any body passing through solid matter will leave a perforation conforming to its perimeter. Also called the silhouette of passage, this phenomenon is the speciality of victims of directed-pressure explosions and of reckless cowards who are so eager to escape that they exit directly through the wall of a house, leaving a cookie-cutout-perfect hole. The threat of skunks or matrimony often catalyzes this reaction.

I would suggest that this thread is certainly open to spam - as Viv and Veh said, "the Noblest of Followings."
Here's my question: Does anybody get the joke when Gwally uses his semi-sentient club?
Story line: part of the charm of our story is the surprising twists that we introduce, and then seeing how the other characters react. So, if someone were to be abducted by Drow......

I would like to finish the plot Loner and I have started. Did anyone realise that I mentioned a Tarrasque? I would have thought we could have fought it...

I thought it was some sort of multi-dimensional space that is bigger on the inside than on the outside....

My thought was to deal with the Tarrasque then go after Annickas men.

Well, Gwally made it back to the keep, so no one has to wait for him anymore (assuming you were waiting.)
But, did he make it back in one piece???!!?!
