Can anyone figure this out... I know it has to do with "Ceaser's Box" or "Ceaser's Code" by moving letters around and placing them in rows... but how?

A famous “code” by he whom brutus slew. T
These letters-twenty-five a perfect square.
Will tell you whom to contact (if your dare)"

Well firstly I*d start by rearanging the lettes in a square

The text says to arrange them in a perfect sqaure, and there is 25 of them that must mean 5 rows with 5 letters in each (I'd guess).

Unfortunally I dont' have time presently to try and "break" it, but maybe later

W O L O C

D B A N O

O E N D M
It seems that's what we're supposed to start with... any ideas what we do next?

Well - remembering my cryptografic knowlegde - a Ceasar Code is a simple shifting of characters (in original form 3 characters such as a-> D ).

The text says to arange them in a square, wich I can't get to match with the Ceasar referance, wich indicates a transposition algorithme, but I can't seem to locate the key (should be a 5 ciffer key)

But I'll try to look at it anyway.

Heh - that is not a Ceasar Chiper/Code

But simply having to put it in the right squares

Viscun just needs to type it the other way around.

Here I was about to start running decryption algorithmes on it after I got home from squash ... took all the fun from me
