Who sez customers are always the king ? Yes they can ask what ever spin off that you even work to bust your own back for sure.

Yet, this happen several hrs ago :
The situation starts with background as follows. "ABCD" company has a system which my gang only familiar with than other company. Some management changes occur so the person which use to deal with the system was reassigned to other position. Now seems like 3 guys calling us whenever the system got problem (the boss, logistic person and IT person). During first times we don't take this seriously (in most company usually one person or two from same dept call us) After several probs & quotations we quote to them and hardly got repliy from them, we got annoyed apparently since we sometime abandon other projects to answer their "call for help" one of us manage to find out that the boss (which is not the one we used to deal with) also make comparisons to other company regarding our price. To worsen the situation they try to buy stuff from other large comapny which apparently not work so well since we are the only one who knows the system best but sadly we are only tiny company

Several hrs ago one of the user call to our office about problem occuring. I was the one who answer the call and at first I try my best to give some solution but due the system are quite old they need replacement parts. Hence I got transferred to talk to logistics. Oddly this guy seems don't have any idea how the system got several probs and need attention (the IT head mostly contact us lately on the occuring prob and seems never report prob to logistic to acquire their fund approval) The converstation starts to heat up espacially when he jabs a lot while most of things we checked already reported to person who contact us (mostly the boss & IT guy)

I've had enough of this blurb so I told him how disappointed we are on their company messed "red tape" and how the boss seems don't trust us - I even told him we sometime abandon other project first to answer their call. To top that I told him it's not business to involve in their company politics but its confusing the users and us, and finally I told him to check other company first like their boss mostly did With system that we are the only one who knows it best, we just wait till it finally break down in horrid state and wait for them to crawl back to us. Or they just poted to tear down whole system and install new one which will cost them more. (I don't think the high rank guys on their company appreciate that )
