What?! An anti shopping club. Yippee!

Actually I dont mind stores. I dont even mind the shopping so much. Usually I will go in with a friend and its often quite fun. What I hate about shopping is when my friends take hours just looking at the stuff, yet dont end up buying it.This gets on my nerves like nothing else.

What I usually do is walk in, buy what I want, and leave. I see no point in spending an entire day at the malls.

I like to shop for shoes though. And I like buying stuff for other people.

DW --- I suggest you go in with some friends. A lot more fun than going on your own, and yeah either go in the morning or late in the evening. However, if you dont like it not much you can do. There are no solutions.

So, despite all the political, religious, cultural and personal differences and sometimes even conflicts we have here at SYM, we can always rest assured that the dislike of shopping keeps us together. Isn't that touching

I think it makes things more complicated to look for anything specific at all, unless what you are looking for happen to be precisely the mainstream fashion at the moment. I very well understand you try to look for something you like, but believe me - my life became easier when I started to ignore my ideas of what I'd like my clothes to look like, and just started buying whatever in the shops. Boring, sure, uninteresting, certainly, but it saves you time and energy. Stretch clothes also saves time since you can buy them without trying them on.

Oh not for me, If I don't go in knowing exactly what I want, I wander confused. Music and movie shopping are wonderful examples of that. If I know what I want, I get it, and I'm out simple as that. The only times I run into problems is if the store doesn't have what I want. Then it causes frustration.

A lot do as far as I've noticed. You have to remember though, most women don't dig video games involving killing monsters and such either. These are the cream of the crop, yadda yadda yadda.

Yeah that came to mind, as well as that organization with all those angry moms who hate doom 3, the mario brothers and other great games. >

LOL, probably you realise by now that your mom is not representative for the entire female population on earth

Maybe not in the US and Europe, but in Asia, more girls than boys are playing video games.

Hmmm...that explains the newer FF games... I can't stand those the whole series personally.

Keep the kids at home too. And dont take guns/knives or an ancient cellphone (those that may crack a skull if thrown). The best way to shop is via internet, but clothes are a real nightmare. And Fable is right, but try going after half an hour of the opening - in the first minutes, people are trying to enter the stores all at the same time, its annoying.

I never try anything on either. I buy it all, and exchange later if necessary. It helps that I go to Old navy and they have in between sizes like my 35" waist jeans.
