I always consider sueing Weasel, even when I have no legitimate reason to do so. What are our damages?

I'm afraid those accounts were emptied soon after I registered. But it had nothing to do with me! In fact, I don't think I even know about any account in Switzerland. OK, maybe I know of someone who knows about them. And maybe this someone accidently told me they are no more. Anyway, the money are all spent now...
