When you buy games in stores where do you buy them?
I tend to watch the price on a series of games before I buy them. I usually use the price of my previous games as a benchmark in deciding how much I'm willing to pay for something. Not many games have really held my attention long enough to warrant buying it immediately anyway.

The usual suspects tend to be Electronic Boutique even though I despise their customer care and attitude, but usually I take a good long wander across dozens of stores and compare prices as well. I sometimes get discounts at certain brand names so I usually go to them first, more often than not the larger stores have very good prices.

Do you know what to get or do you go browse?
I'm always on the look out for good games to play so some of it has to do with hype or just a glimpse in the paper or a catalogue. Next I tend to check out the reviews on IGN, Gamespot and the opinions of friends before I finally commit.

So generally I have a large list of approved games I want in my mind and prices I'm willing to pay for them when I'm about.

If you browse how often do you do it?
Luckily on the way to work most days I cross no less than about 5 or 6 stores that sell games, I tend to browse after each paycheck day but I browse in between as well. Average is 1 week to 2.

Does it lead to you buying something?
If I think a game is good enough and I have the money on me I sometimes buy after browsing. I rarely impulse buy games these days since I own too many carp ones. I do have a tendancy to impulse buy games that I consider classics.

Where do you find out which games you wanna buy?
It depends on the game I want and where the sales are, sometimes I hunt for the newest games and I'll simply head towards the nearest EB. At the moment I'm hunting games that have gone out of production so it's a case of visiting stores that sell games but don't consider them much more than stock to fill empty corners.

It's interesting to find heavily marked down copies of 5 year or older gems complete with original manuals and special box features untouched in original packaging.
