I think this is slightly different. | True, I just find all this handing out of medals quite insulting, give a medal to a serviceman who risked his life in battle or someone who dedicated their lives to something important and useful, it seems that you can get a state medal these days for having an interesting name.

But how can one express that level of gratitude.

My feelings the same as Ysh.
Blair will have to be happy with US Congress medals - he certainly won't be getting any from his own country.
