| well, the easiest will be head-on or from the side, so a picture of one flying straight towards the camera or swooping across the picture - preferably with talons out - would be peachy.
the glass is trickier. The easiest way would be to try and find a picture of breaking glass and cut, paste, stretch and warp it a bit to fit, then use a lot of blurring, partly for the idea of motion, mainly to hide the flaws.
(actually, a picture of a shattering monitor would be best, but anyhoo...)
but basically, make it look alrightish in big, introduce some motion blur and so forth, maybe manually try to hammer out the nastiest bits, then reduce the size a bit and reduce the colour range to the blacks and blues.
