Anger Management: Need help

Right now, if i had the money and i guess that is about it. I would be in South Africa, with my nepali friend. We would be carrying an Uzi and Ak47 respectively and making sure the Pakistani cricket team has more holes than Swiss cheese by the time we left the country.

Pakistan lost to India in the Cricket world cup. We are out of the tournament. I need some cheering up and some anger management classes. Anger management first would be a good idea

hmmm, sorry, can't help you. I am a fan of the Washington Redskins, and currently am considering buying tickets to next years oneping game so I can take pot shots at the owner

I got lots of tips for anger management. Don't see how they can beat an Uzi rampage though...

Seriously though, I play bowling when I'm really disgusted. I like the sound of the ball crashing the pins. I also like the act of releasing my anger whenever the ball leaves my hand.
