Primo: Who is this guy and what the **** is he doing here?
Ben: Who I am? "Who I am?" or "Who am I?" "Who am I?" is a question for the ages. That's one we're all searching for to find out who I am. Who's in there, who wants to come out and go, "Hey, I'm hungry." "Who I am" is too deep and prof -- and almost. You gotta go in deep and pull out the thing, like with that movie with the thing came out of the stomach and ate up the people on the ****in' spaceship; May the rest in peace. My name is Ben Sobel...-Leone. Ben Sobeleone. I'm also known as uh, Benny the Groin, Sammy the Schnoz, uh Elmer the Fudd, Tubby the Tuba and once as Miss Phyllis Levine, But that was a at a party. It was years ago. I smoked a titibet and I had a Quaquaalude and then suddenly I'm in fishnets and singing show tunes. These things happen, but has nothing to do with what I'm here with you fine gentlemen today. So I apologize. That being said, I'm also known to the people who know me the best, as the ****in' "Doctor." The second part of the question that you "axed" me, is uh "Why am I here?" I am here, representing Mr. Paul Vitti as his consigligliere.
Jelly: Consigliere.
Ben: *slaps Jelly twice* Never correct me in public again. Do you understand that? *pinching Jelly's cheeks* You broke my heart, Jelly. You broke my heart. I apologize for the second interruption. As Mr. Vitti's ... consigliere ... I am intimately involved in all aspects of the Vitti family business and am prepared to speak for Mr. Vitti on all matters. Badda-bing-badda-boom-Betty Boop.

Just HAD to post that, sorry, go on with your doings.

I enjoyed 'em, GFreeman-- good to have you back! My wife's sister, who's recovering from a double mastectomy, visited us. She's a nice lady, and it was good to lend her support; pleased my wife, too, to see her again. She doesn't have many close friends and lives more than 2,000 miles away, so we were very concerned to contribute a bit of non-invasive nurturing. She also didn't bring up religion, despite being a devout Methodist, which is a good thing, too. My wife's the only one who knows of my religious convictions, and I'd rather not share them with any members of her family. They tend to be a rigid bunch in that regard, with several Southern Baptists and Pentacostals eager to judge all others.

Picked up a brilliantly colored, rather strange object called a Koshare, which we'll place in front of our house come spring. It's like a banner, and bends on a bamboo pole; at full length, it runs to about 9 feet. It will add a nice touch of life to our drab neighborhood, and no doubt make our standoffish neighbors regard us as even more foreign than before.

The image does no justice to the vividness of the colors, or the way the thing whips about in a breeze. And we're at the end of a cul-de-sac, where we catch the wind.

Yeah, well. It's a quote from a movie: 'Analyze this'. Next time quote what you consider 'profanity', cuz I'm not gonna look it up myself.

Understanding the rules is part of the mainstays of participating on these forums. I would suggest you take the time to learn the rules, if you intend to continue posting here.

If my quote is so-called vulgar or irreverent or even abusive (I had to look up profanity because nothing is mentioned about it in the rules) then I think 'WHO ARE YOU!' written in size 7 is extremely disrespectful towards a fellow member of this forum-community, who is sharing his thoughts with us, in exactly the right section of the forum: the Speak Your Mind department.
But I'm probably wrong because he has more posts...
That means you're discriminating me, and I don't think that's allowed in here.

Next time you're being all smart like that, I hope you think twice.

Are you gonna start too, with yer 'look at me! I have 11,700+ posts so I'm always right' attitude?
Ok, I'm baiting, I admit, I confess. I just don't like Size 7 WHO-ARE-YOU!'s.

Actually, ik911, I'll refer to the label underneath my name. Much like T'lainya's, it reads 'Moderator', which means that, in many cases regarding violations and the rules, yes, we are right. T'lainya has simply given you a warning. I suggest you act on that warning. If you have further problems, take it up with her, another mod of SYM, or Buck himself.

Ik-profanity is swearing, the rules are the same for everyone whether you have 1 post or 10,000. If you have a problem with the forum rules I suggest you talk to Buck about it.

As has been stated many times on this forum, with post-count does not come authority. It does, however, come with the title of Moderator.
