So far i have read:The dark elf trilogy and the icewind dale trilogy, My question is this, Whilst looking on the waterstones website for The legacy of the drow, I found that all 3 books seperatly come to £13.98. Which is funny as the Collectors edition is £17.something, and whilst reading some reviews, one person mentioned 4 books. Now is there 4 books in the collectors edition or were they refering to The dark elf trilogy, the Icewind dale trilogy, The legacy of the drow and The servants of the shard?

P.S Is it read servants of the shard fist or what?

I'm not sure what your asking, but here is the way it goes:
The Icewindale trilogy- contains "The crystal shard", "streams of silver" and "The halfling's gem."
The dark elf trilogy- contains "Homeland", "The exile" and "Sujourn".
The legacy of the drow: contains "The lagacy", "Starless nights", "Siege of darkeness" and "passage to dawn".
Paths of darkness:"The silent blade", "The spine of the world", Servent of the shard" and "Sea of swords".

In addition, each series, except for Paths of darkness, has a one volume collectors edition, named for the series.

Could be.

The German translation of the series has been split up into 4 - 6 books instead of 3 per series. Don't know why, though...
(And on AMAZON for example the're mixing reviews of different editions..)

But I've read them in german and english an the translation sucks BIG way!

SO - no worries !

I thought my post made it clear- that in "Legacy of the drow" there are 4 books.
