| | | Blah, whats the point of having lived, if you haven't done all of those "crazy things" already, irregardless? If you have to have the worry of death being an impending concern, and then recall that you haven't done even the fun things, what kind of life have you led? Joke thread aside, perhaps that is something all of you folks should think about. If you can laugh about doing something and truly consider doing it, why haven't you done so yet?
Anyhow, thanks for the welcome back. The insomnia comes and goes. Lately however, it's been relatively easier to deal with. Working where I work, the heat wears me out even if the work itself does not. The free drinks after work should I want them in addition to that add to the help of falling asleep in the event I haven't in a few days. It works out relatively well.

If you can laugh about doing something and truly consider doing it, why haven't you done so yet? | That are some good words, and very well to think about. It also puzzles me sometimes that so many people have so many plans, while only adding the deed to it in half of the cases, and even then mostly half-heartly. Well, no, it doesn't puzzle me, that's just the nature of many people, since fantasising about something can be so much more easier than bringing up the effort to actually do it. Fantasising about it gives pleasure, but only short-lived pleasure, easy pleasure with short legs. It's like eating tasty, but very unhealthy fat food: it fulfils a momentarily need, but brings only misery on the long term; rather choosing the easy short road now, than doing the right thing. Everyone should just stop fantasising about what could be and what could've been, and just get busy to make it really happen. People shouldn't have "dreams". Screw dreams, people should have goals and just pursue them, instead of longing for dreams all their lives. But what am I ranting, that won't solve a damn thing. Better start doing it myself first. Continue living. Quote:

Enjoy the heat, we had nothing but rain here in the past weeks. Not a great summer so far. Ah well, let's get back to the original topic at hand.
