I've finished this game many month ago and forget charcacters name!

I'm gonna search links to sacred forums and hints i've used, and i will give you them!

But if i remember well, you finished sacred game (not sacred underworld) when you kill the sorceror you can see in intro movie!

The Ancaria Campaign is completed when you:

1. Slay Baron DeMordrey
2. Destroy the Sakarra Demon
3. Arrive at Shaddar-Nur for the last time. After you have destroyed the Sakarra Demon in #2, you return to the throne room to find that Shareefa is actually Shaddar. He slays Valor, kidnaps Vilya, and teleports away. Ancalata the Wise (whom you will find in the throne room) tells you to travel to Shaddar-Nur and rescue Vilya. When you enter Shaddar's tower, the portal in the tower's main room will activate, permitting you access to the chamber wherein you will find Shaddar himself.

Note that you aren't required to actually fight Shaddar in order to unlock the next difficulty level. When that portal in the tower activates, a dialogue box will pop up instructing you to export your character in order to play the game in the next higher difficulty level.

You can change the difficulty level anytime, just by reaching the right level of your char.

That is correct - in online play. In Single Player, the only difficulty level you can access at any time is Silver. In order to reach Gold and higher, you must complete the campaign in order to unlock the next difficulty level.

You'll know if you have finished the Underworld campaign for Sacred if you get the finale video to play after defeating Anducar and talking to Vilya again. You can't exit from the confines of the narrow cage that Anducar puts up, so your only option is to export and import the character. You can choose to play thru Underworld again or import into the next difficulty of the game and go thru the regular campaign. You should know how to export again once you complete the regular campaign a second time, but please feel free to ask questions if you are not sure.
