Weapon Charges

Maybe i'm dumb but i can't figure out how to use objects (weapons) charges ... i mean i can use wands but not charges on weapons and equipment ... there's not a word on it in the manual so i'm lost

I've tried to use them as for wands but don't work for weapons (they hit) and where can i select the ones in gauntlets ie ?

When inventory window pops up you have three options magic/weapons and armour. To use a magic weapon you must first equip. When a weapon has magic abilities it is shown also in the magic items menu. Once again eguip it and then select it again from the magic items menu and not from the weapons menu (this diselects it). You will then be able to use the weapons special abilities.
