Totally Lost..Help!

I dont know if I missed anything but any help would be appreciated. I have searched every inch of the halls and the city heights, I am unable to locate the wizards Torc?? Also I helped the orogs with the fight against the cult to get the helm cleaver but after the fight they all dissapeared? Did I miss something or wasnt I suppose to get the helm cleaver from this encounter? Thanks in advance

did u or did u not kill Preybelish in the Main Halls?

I also looked for the champion to fight - he is due south in a room from where you meet the orogs. The helm cleaver has been one of my best weapons. Hope its not tool late
