Stone Mouth... Help!

Hi guys: I'm a little lost. If cleared all of catacombs cellar 1 and 2, and apparently all of 3 as well. I can't find the Large Metal Key, The Titanium Key, or the Stone Mouth.... I think the Stone mouth is what is holding me up...I have read that it is in the Dwarven Ruins.... but where are those? Above ground? Please just tell me where to find it. I would be very grateful.

the large metal key is behind the door that requires it. you come back here from lower down.

to get the stone mouth, go to the glim-gardens. just east of the entrance is a circle with a fountain. just north of the circle is a square. when you step on the square you fall into the ancient tomb. explore it and you will find the stone mouth.
