Post spell questions

I thought True Seeing was able to let you see creatures who are invisible or covered in darkness. How does it work? I cast it on someone and the bad guys were still invisible (and dark at another point - dispel magic worked, though).

I have a few possible answers

1.

This someone must be one of your party members and not one of the bad guys.

2. The manual says that with true seeing one is able to see invisible creatures. Maybe improved invisibility can not be detected with this one which i don't think so.

3. Try the new patch for the game (Ver1.3) since before this a lot of magic spells didn't work correctly.
