Somebody please help...urgent !

Hi all....have a few urgent questions which prevent me from progressing in the game.

1) I can't get through a door in the catacombs - lower keep which requires a glyph. I killed all the Freth Drow and got the Staff of Sunlight but didn't find any Word of Power. Am I missing something ?

2) Where is the shrine of Mystra and what am I supposed to do there ? I have this medallion thing which I don't know what is for.....

3) I got the skull of Evensong but am not sure what use it has ? Does it have something to do with the drawbridge or any part of the game ??

can't help u about the catacombs, just reached there today. but...

u got the medallion of Mystra but don't know where the shrine is? that medallion was give to u by Beriand wasn't it? the shrine of Mystra is in Nightingale Court, where u killed 3 nagas and talked to the ghost of Anorrweyn Evensong. if it's another medallion, then u've got to be more specific about the name, but i doubt it. read dialogues carefully and pay attention to names.

and that skull of Evensong, should be obvious as to who u should give the skull to.

For the Mystra thing, am I supposed to place the amulet there ? It was given by the people in the treehouse yes. (because I didn't want the cleric/fighter to join my party).

As for the Evensong skull, it's obvious I have to return it to her, but please tell me where I can find her in the first place cos I can't remember.

If u know any info on how to get past the Catacombs lower keep, I'd really appreciate it thanks !

that Evensong skull belongs to Anorweyn Evensong who happens to be the keeper of the shrine of Mystra (this was mentioned a lot of times in a lot of dialogues).

the shrine of mystra, like i said, is in the nightingale court (west of the speculum), and it's located somewhere near the centre of the map. it's the place where u fought 3 nagas, then ur supposed to smash the idol on the altar and the ghost of Anorweyn will talk to u. and that's when u get to talk to Beriand and Faeril about getting a medallion.

when u have the medallion, just walk up to the altar and the ghost will initiate the dialogue.

hey man, the skull of the dead chic is to be returned on the surface above the large pole that tells you where treasure is and stuff.

I never found the staff you have, but I dont need it. keep going deeper there are 4 levels of the catacombs to explore, and you will break hte cult of the dragon on the 4th floor, but be preped for a fight, and save often.

dont worry aboyut the medallion, I havent put it to use yet either.

You should be able to get through the glyph, but im not remembering where I learned it, maybe from visiting the chic eversong before I went into the Cats? Check it out.
