Question Rhonglyn Room(s)

Alright.. I've managed to get to the Halls of Light and have found the 'other' Rhonglyn room on that level - how do I "unfreeze" it?

To unfreeze the Rhonglyn device you must travel to the Rhonglyn Room in the Deep Halls (south west corner) and smash the ice at its source. When you do so, you may use the device to travel to all of the halls. As well, make sure you keep the ice dagger which caused it in the first place (Borea's Blood - dagger that has 2 charges of Cone of Cold!)

Actually going up to the Halls of stone first is more correct than going down since Halls of stone level is easier than deep halls and you party is yet very weak.
