Ressurect a fallen ranger.

Is there a key to get the healers in the trunk of the large tree to restore the life of my ranger? I have come to them a number of time, the ranger is at -12/29 HP's and I must be missing the point. They keep telling me to come back if I need healing, and then I drop the ranger on the floor, and they bid me good day? I don't currently have an ressurection wands.

I'm afraid there is no way of resurrecting him at the moment. If his hit point falls below -10, then there is no way to get him back except for resurrection. You can heal him to stabilize him, but this is a rather pathetic spell.(Does not do anything at all, I must say.) Get your cleric to cast cure wounds on him as soon as possible to restore hit points. The only way to make him stronger is to max his constitution stats. The higher the constitution, the quicker they stabilize after they been badly wounded. Sorry, you need to restart a previously saved game to get him back, or don't let him die at all.

if you have a paladin, the lay on hands will bring someone back from the dead. they can bring someone back as long as the negative hit points do not exceed the amount of lay on hands HP's. of course, this only helps with a paladin...

beriand will only resurrect a character if someone else in the party is missing some hit points.
