The Lower Keep of the Drow Catacombs, need help with getting down

I cleared out the whole 3rd level of the catacombs. I reached the Arracatt nest, killed all the arracats, found the Staff of Sunlight, and then when i reach the exit from the level,i find that its locked up in a room with a glyph on it. Where do i learn the Word that opens the glyph?
