cant get into the catacombs 4th level

I've finally arrived in the prison level of the catacombs... but the DM keeps telling me "something is blocking the door". I've tried from every angle but nothing seems to work and it's not any of my characters that is blocking the door..... please help.

in the 1st room of the prison level of the catacombs there seems to be a small white circle that is blocking the door.... how do I remove this circle????? ...... help
