about the Installer Patch

Found this past Saturday in a used book store - PoR:RoMD v1.2 new in the small sealed box - $6.00!, complete w/the 130 pg manual & poster.

Anyhoo, installed to the F drive, no problem, & updated to ver 1.4. Only then do I get a Readme.txt heads up re maybe wanting to install the Patch v1.1 - Installer Patch.

However, do I need to start over w/the Patch v1.1 - Installer Patch, which includes a revised uninstaller .exe, or am I good to go & 'safe' in someday uninstalling w/o that patch? TIA.

I've never used that particular patch, and have never run into any probs uninstalling
